Benefit Nights

Big E’s Benefit Nights are profitable and fun! You can hold a benefit night at any of our Big E’s locations! It’s an easy fundraiser for you and a great way for us to support great local organizations and groups. We choose one night every quarter (day varies from location to location) from 5:00pm–8:00pm to feature you and your organization.

Our quarters run:

Q1: January—March
Q2: April—June
Q3: July—September
Q4: October—December

Here is how it works:

Gather all required information and fill out the form located at the bottom of this page.
We will reach out to you two months before the benefit night to confirm you have been selected.
We will email you a flyer, featuring your logo, for you to distribute to promote the benefit night.
We will donate 10 percent of sales generated from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. that night to your organization.

All submissions must be in no later than the first full week of the quarter.
